CIS Management


	The management of CIS is composed of: Khalil N. Kikano Ghassan J. Geagea Thierry A. Depolla Khalil N. Kikano, Chairman of CIS, is a former Vice President Lending Europe of the Royal Bank of Canada, based in London. A certified public accountant, Kikano spent over 26 years with the Royal Bank of Canada as an executive with responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Ghassan J. Geagea is Vice Chairman and General Manager of CIS. He earned a BA in International Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA in Finance & Management from Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Geagea worked for Banque Arabe et Internationale d'Investissement (BAII) in Paris for 10 years as a Senior Fund Manager. Thierry A. Depolla, Manager Treasury and Financial Markets. He holds a BA in Economics from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada and an MBA in Finance and International Business from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Depolla worked for the National Bank of Canada in Montreal for 3 years as a Financial Analyst and for Credit Lyonnais Liban s.a.l. in Beirut for 3 years as Assistant Treasurer.
