 All Inclusive Management Fee  The
annual fee for this account is based on its value. It will be debited
directly from your account in arrears on a semi-annual basis on 30
June and 31 December of each year and will be detailed on your statement. Unlike
other discretionary portfolio management services there are no hidden
and/or additional charges in respect of sales, commissions, brokerage
charges, transaction fees, and foreign exchange commissions or for
custody services. The published fee is all you pay.The all-inclusive management fee is 2.5% p.a. Minimum Investment
An account can be opened with an initial
investment of US$ 50,000.00 Once
an account has been opened additional investment and withdrawals may
be made at any time in minimum denominations of US$ 10,000.00 provided
